Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Atelier: AI Fashion Mentor (the “Service”), operated by Atelier: AI Fashion Mentor (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Atelier: AI Fashion Mentor provides a personalized style assessment, color analysis, and ongoing recommendations via website and mobile application. Recommendations are advisory in nature and based on information you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1. Trial

We offer a 7-day trial period at $2.99 or $27 (your choice). The trial fee is charged immediately at signup. The trial fee is non-refundable and grants access for 7 days from purchase.

4.2. Recurring subscription

After the 7-day trial, your subscription automatically continues at $49.99 every 4 weeks until cancelled. Your default payment method (saved during trial signup) will be charged automatically. You can cancel at any time before the next billing date — see Section 5.

4.3. Taxes

Prices shown exclude applicable sales tax, VAT or GST. Taxes will be added at checkout based on your billing location.

4.4. Currency

All charges are in U.S. dollars (USD). If your card is in a different currency, your bank’s exchange rate will apply.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime via the “Manage Subscription” link in your email or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately.

Refund policy:

• The trial fee ($2.99 or $27) is non-refundable.
• The first recurring charge ($49.99) can be refunded if you cancel within 14 days and have not actively engaged with the Service beyond the trial.
• Subsequent recurring charges are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period for newly subscribed users in certain jurisdictions).
• For App Store / Google Play subscriptions, refunds are governed by Apple’s and Google’s respective policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten or impersonate others.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are owned by Atelier: AI Fashion Mentor and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may use your personal style profile and palette for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers

Atelier: AI Fashion Mentor provides style guidance, not medical, psychological or professional fashion-industry advice. Results are personalized recommendations and do not guarantee any specific outcome. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelier: AI Fashion Mentor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. By continuing to use the Service after changes are effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or abuse. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
